You may go to any doctor operating within the scope of his or her license.

Do I Have To Pay The Bill On My First Doctors Visit?
The insurance company will be billed directly if the proper claim form is presented to the provider of service.
What Are The Procedures In Filing A Claim?
Obtain a claim form from your school office, the marketing agency or click here and answer all questions in detail (including signatures) on the front of the form. Attach all the bills to the completed form and mail to the address indicated below within 90 days of the Accident. Any bills not filed with the claim form should be sent within 90 days of the date of service to the Claims Office identified with student’s name, school district and date of Accident.
How Long Does It Take For A Claim To Be Processed?
If all appropriate paperwork has been submitted, it should take 2-4 weeks for the claim to be processed.

Am I Covered If I Play A Sport That Is School-sponsored After School Hours?
Yes. Anything that is school-sponsored and supervised is covered.
Does This Cover The Student During The Summer? (excluding 24 Hour Coverage)
